Re4r Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules for Malaysian Users
This document contains the official terms and conditions governing use of the re4r platform. Please read it in full before registering or using any of our services. By using the re4r platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the re4r platform — whether through our website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. re4r reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The re4r platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Identity Verification
Each user is permitted only one active account on the re4r platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, complete, and up to date. re4r reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies and regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. re4r will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Users agree not to use the re4r platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or any other applicable jurisdiction. Actions that are specifically prohibited include:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the platform's systems and servers
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities or money laundering
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
3. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the re4r platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support major local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. Payment methods not listed here may not be supported, and re4r is not responsible for any transactions made through unofficial channels.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. In certain circumstances, verification may take longer depending on the payment method used. re4r is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
For withdrawals, users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed. re4r reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal deemed suspicious pending investigation. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of terms will be forfeited without compensation.

Platform Liability Limits
Re4r provides its services on an "as is" basis, with no implied or express warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. re4r is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical errors.
Under no circumstances shall re4r's aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Re4r reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or unauthorised account use. Suspended accounts will be unable to make deposits or withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. re4r's decision on any account suspension or closure is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the re4r platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of re4r and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Any reuse, distribution, or republication of content without prior written consent from re4r is strictly prohibited.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Third-Party Links and Services
The re4r platform may utilise third-party services such as payment processors, game providers, and analytics providers. re4r is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of these third parties. Any interaction you have with third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions, and you agree that re4r has no control over their content or practices.
The inclusion of any links to external websites on our platform does not imply that re4r endorses or is responsible for the content of those sites.
Changes to These Terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
